Matau Records Vinyl Record of the Day "Sorted for E's & Wizz" by Pulp
"Sorted for E's & Wizz" was released as a 7" vinyl single in 1995, it was as a double A Side with the other song being "Mis-Shapes". It was also released on their fifth studio album "Different Class" released as a vinyl LP on Island Records. "Different Class" launched Pulp to be a commercial success in the UK as well as Internationally.
Pulp are an English alternative rock band who were formed in Sheffield in 1978. Their best-known line-up from their heyday (1994–1996) consisted of Jarvis Cocker (vocals, guitar), Candida Doyle (keyboards), Russell Senior (guitar, violin), Mark Webber (guitar, keyboards), Steve Mackey (bass) and Nick Banks (drums). Senior quit in 1996 and has since 2010 returned for tours, while Leo Abrahams has been a touring member of the band since they reunited in 2011, contributing electric and acoustic guitar.
