Matau Records Vinyl Tune of the Day - “Rolling On” by The Murlocs
“Rolling On” was released in 2015 as a limited edition 7” single on hot pink vinyl on Flightless Records. Its the first single from The Murlocs second album “Young Blindness” released as a limited edition yellow vinyl in March 2016.
The Murlocs are an Australian garage rock band formed in Geelong in 2011. In 2012 they won Triple J’s unearthed Harvest Festival and released their debut EP Teepee. Lead vocalist Ambrose Kenny-Smith and guitarist Cook Craig also play in "King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard."
The Murlocs are currently touring Australia on their Young Blindness tour with dates in Melbourne (8th & 9th April) and Sydney (14th April).
