Initially entitled "Gimmie Shelter" subsequent vinyl releases renamed the song to "Gimme Shelter". Matau Records Vinyl Record of the day – "Psycho Killer" by Talking Heads "Psycho Killer" was written by David Byrne, Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth and first played by their band The Artistics in 1974, and then later in 1975 as the band evolved into Talking Heads. It fetures on Taling Heads 1977 album "Talking Heads: 77." In 1984 later, another live version was included on the soundtrack for Stop Making Sense, the band's concert movie.
